Position SummarySURVICE is currently seeking a Survivability Analyst (Susceptibility/Signature) to support several Special Operations Command (SOCOM) survivability programs.
Applicant has option to reside at a number of SURVICE sites including Aberdeen, MD / Dayton, OH / Fort Walton Beach, FL or Huntsville, AL.
This position will focus on providing operationally relevant survivability (susceptibility / signature) analysis to assist with technology development activities that identify, analyze, and evaluate new survivability technologies.
Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide support to SOCOM by conducting susceptibility analysis (IR, RF, and acoustics signatures) of several SOF platforms utilizing techniques in modeling and simulationConduct top level analysis to evaluate the survivability benefit of Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) upgrades / improvementsInterfacing with Government laboratories, DoD program offices, and Industry partners to analyze survivability technologies and associated tactics and procedures for employmentInterfacing with SOCOM to provide survivability technology recommendations for future investigationPrepare briefings/reports that detail outcomes and conclusions of analysisQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

years of experience conducting weapons modeling & simulationWorking knowledge of weapon system susceptibility/signature models/simulations applications preferred including Suppressor, Xpatch, etc.
Experience with conducting Analysis of Alternatives (AoA's) and with conducting air combat studies beneficialStrong communication and writing skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and in a small team environmentMinimum DoD Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance preferred; Must be a US CitizenSecurity Clearance RequirementMust be able to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
