Experience:
one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which includes; 1.) Providing expert advice on relevant EEO laws and regulations. AND 2.) Preparing EEO program report requirements in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidance. AND 4.) Delivering, and facilitating training in Equal Opportunity Employment (EEO), diversity and inclusion. This description of specialized experience is equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, no substitution of experience is allowed. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
