SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE - GS-09 One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service which includes (1) assisting customers in the resolution of problems pertaining to financial management issues for an organization (2) assisting in the coordination of year-end suspense requirements to meet financial deadlines and (3) researching financial policies and regulations to resolve common financial issues. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). OR Successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position. OR The specialized experience as described in A, but less than one year; and at least one year of graduate education as described in B, but less than the required two years. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE - GS-11 One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service which includes (1) utilizing a government financial system (i.e. General Fund Enterprise Business System) or other financial management systems to review changes in funding levels (2) creating financial graphs, charts and worksheets for senior level review and (3) assisting with the resolution of problems pertaining to financial management issues to include acquisition and use of funds for program and administrative purposes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Successfully completed a Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position (Note:
