Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes 1.) Perform on-site staff assistance visits, accident investigations, safety program evaluations, and special surveys of operations, procedures, and processes associated with the activity and other organizations; 2.) Develop new policies and procedures for the Command Safety Program; AND 3.) Serve as a technical expert and advisor for the implementation of an occupational safety program to meet regulatory requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12) Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, no substitution of experience is allowed. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
