Position will support the US Army Chemical Materials Activity Recovered Chemical Materiel Directorate (CMA RCMD), responsible for providing centralized management and direction to the DoD for the assessment and disposal of recovered chemical weapon materiel and other chemical disposal missions in a safe, environmentally sound and cost-effective manner.
Essential Job Functions: (not limited to duties as described ? performs related duties as requested)
Applies technical skills is the design, development and analysis during research and/or product development.
Member of an Integrated Product Team assisting RCMD program providing technical analysis of disposal procedure for chemical weapons and hazardous materials.
Develops and applies technical solutions to the recovery, destruction, and disposal of recovered chemical munitions and associated hazardous waste consistent with RCMD mission and objectives.
Applies engineering expertise to support multi-disciplinary Integrated Product Team during RDT&E and field operations.
Independently analyzes RCMD engineering challenges to develop, recommend, and implement comprehensive solutions that are Feasible and cost effective.
Applies knowledge engineering principles, theory of operations, and proven techniques and procedures.
Applies knowledge of Configuration Management application and principles.
Integrates emerging technologies and related disciplines into product development.
Develops draft and final documents, concise technical reports, and test results.
Performs Risk Management, analysis, mitigations and monitoring.
Level of Supervision:
Works unsupervised in a reliable manner to complete all tasks within schedule and quality standards.
Education & Experience: (or equivalent)
Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Must have knowledge of Non-Stockpile Recovered Chemical Munitions Destructive program and mission.
Knowledge & Skills:
Must be fluent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Must have the ability to read and comprehend drawings and material specifications.
Must be knowledgeable of hazardous material classifications, handling, and disposal.
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
Must be physically able to travel for extended periods of time.
25-50% CONUS and OCONUS.
Security Clearance:
Secret clearance preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
