Network Engineer, Senior
Key Role:
Design, plan, install, integrate, and maintain backbone core
area tactical and strategic communications networks, including portions of the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) and the Global Information Grid (GIG). Gather Mission Needs Statements Initial Capabilities Document (MNSICD), Operational Requirements Capability Development Documents (ORCDD), and Capability Production Documents (CPD) for the Armys tactical communications systems and translate requirements into technical solutions that are standards
based and cost efficient. Develop network architecture for adjacent, higher, and lower units and for allied nations, other government agencies, and commercial service interfaces. Leverage knowledge and comprehension of current and future Force tactical and strategic military communications networks and the architecture, protocols, security, network management, and physics underlying these systems. Maintain responsibility for the engineering design, development, integration, installation, operation, and maintenance of the WIN
T INC 1 network.
Basic
Qualifications:
Experience with technical tasks in the integration of data, voice, video, and telephony in the WIN
T INC 1 network, engineering and technical documentation and assistance in the development of technical requirements, specifications, plans and reports, software or hardware engineering, preparation of independent assessments, systems engineering, technical expertise at fielding locations, test and evaluation, architectural or interoperability support, and quality engineering
Knowledge of Cisco products, including routers, switches, and firewalls
Knowledge of Converged Ethernet over IP (EoIP) network and virtualization or storage technologies from VMware, EMC, NetApp, Microsoft, Dell, HP, and others
Ability to support technology insertion testing relative to emerging WIN
T INC 1 networks requirements and capabilities
Secret clearance
BA or BS degree in Engineering
Active Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) Certification or higher

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
