SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN/ENTARCH) with Security Clearance

Dutieso Performs full range of supervisory personnel management functions.o Plans, organizes, assigns, controls and evaluates the work of government civilian, and private contractor personnel.o Establishes major project goals, objectives and priorities; keeps informed of progress and major problems; and provides program guidance and direction as required.o Responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining a comprehensive IT/Management strategy for the organization to facilitate strategic business objectives.o Captures, documents, and translates DEVCOM business needs into integrated IT plans and strategies for implementation and execution.o Provide advice to leadership on developing and revising strategies, policies and directivesIdentifies and resolves highly complex problems that cross organizational boundaries and promulgates solutions.o Supervises the development and promulgation of IT policies and procedures to ensure implementation is consistent with Army, DoD policies, directives and procedures, and current legislation.o Manages DEVCOM IT GovernanceAs part of the IT governance effort, manages the development and implementation of the IT governance structure and processes to enable the leadership to make unbiased IT investment decisions.o Manage the project planning and project execution for the design, development, test, evaluation, and deployment of approved IT (IT) projects.o Represents the command at requisite Higher Headquarters forums to articulate, advocate, and advance initiatives and programsRequirements Conditions of Employmento Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.o Secret Security clearance required.o One-year probationary period may be required.o One-year supervisory probationary period may be required.o You may be expected to travel 25% of the time or more for this positionQualifications Who May Apply:

Experience:
