Program Manager
The Program Manager provides the Project Manager Intelligence Systems and Analytics (PM IS&A) Headquarters (HQ) supervision of all Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support.
Formulates and reviews project feasibility studies, determines costs, ensures conformance to work standards.
Interprets policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates.
Manages logistics support analysis for military systems.
Manages systems safety studies.
Identifies, acquires and utilizes company resources to achieve project technical objectives for all systems technical processes and technical management processes.
Required:
A Bachelor's degree in Business and Accounting with 12 years experienceAt least 12 years of progressive experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) hardware/software design and development:
At least 5 years of experience in management and supervision of substantive hardware/software development
At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
Preferred:
Demonstrated direct experience organizing, directing, and coordinating, planning and implementing all contract support activities.
An understanding of Government coordination of efforts with Operational Units, Army Centers of Excellence (COEs), Program of Records (PORs), Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRCs), Science & Technology community and industry partners.
