What You'll Get to Do:
Investigate and translate customer needs into technical requirements for a total system solution.
Generate technical content of white paper and act as primary point of contact for proposal development as requiredWork with a team to respond to RFI's and determine best consolidated solutions to problemsSpearhead continuous process improvement while identify waste in the system and improve the overall process to reduce wasted time and redundancy.
Develop and/or gather information to generate technical documents and reports necessary to support deliverables as required.
Manage risks, identify issues, and develop mitigation plans.
Serve as subject matter expert in RF characterization.
More About Role:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for engaging in design, development, test, and delivery of our products in support of advanced systems.
You will be working within multi-disciplinary hardware, software, system integration, and data analysis/collection teams who are creating systems in support of the Department of Defense.
You'll Bring These
Qualifications:
An active DoD Secret clearance and TS/SCI must be obtainable.
Bachelor's degree (Engineering - Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Software, Math, Physics) from an accredited University.
3
years of work experience in electrical/system projects.
Demonstrated ability to develop and present effective technical presentations to management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
An active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
Experience conducting rapid trade studies and analysis of RF electrical solutions.
Exposure to standard DoD System Engineering Process and terms.
Experience in subsystem integration into a larger system (eg aircraft, ground vehicle, ship).
Experience with iterative development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
Experience with Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) and Electronic War (EW) Systems.
Exposure to networking principles and/or experience with classified networks.
Professional experience ideally with DoD organization or Contractor.
Understanding of the certification and accreditation process for classified networks.
Understanding of RF Signal parameters and Radar operation.
Lab experience with spectrum analyzers and signal analysis.
Familiarity with CMOSS, MORA, and MOSA.
