Secret Matlab System Engineer
An employer of Insight Global is looking for a Modeling and Simulation Engineer to support their team on-site at Aberdeen, MD.
This individual will be working with radars systems doing modeling and algorithm implementation.
They will be taking data from the field, processing this data and adjusting the systems accordingly.
These algorithms will be developed using MATLAB or C++.
This person will need experience with radars, on either the hardware or system side, as they will be working closely with radar system doing radar signal processing to track the location of targets.
Other responsibilities may include:
Aid analysis and debug of simulation systems to achieve correct operation and assess fidelityCharacterize system behavior and performanceImplement radar processing chains Minimum RequirementsActive Secret Clearance BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics (or STEM related)3
years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on modeling and simulation Experience with MATLAB doing algorithm development and implementation Background working with the hardware or software of radars/radar systems.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
