System Engineer

Roles and
Responsibilities:
Interacts with system users to translate their requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and design.
Participates in the development of test strategies.
Solving engineering problems (or managing the solution of engineering problems) in the functional area to which assigned.
Skills/Knowledge required:
Perform system engineering to assess architectural and implementation software changes required to address changes in doctrine and operational use.
Support all aspects of evaluations of software and systems (such as analysis, planning, specifying, preparing, conducting, witnessing, reviewing, and reporting on system and software tests and test documentation).
Additional
Responsibilities:
System(s) engineer support services shall support (but is not limited to), the following areas:
Prepare, update, and review system-level documents;Review and evaluate system specifications to ensure completeness and sustainability of system software;Review and evaluate software requirements to ensure traceability to system requirements; Perform validation of systems and mission application software for conformance to both Army and DoD IA requirements and software assurance requirements to support both certification and accreditation for Authority to Operate (ATO) and Networthiness;Perform services to assure that government systems are compliant with Army and DoD policy, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGS), and Army and DoD Best Business Practices (BBP);Perform certification and accreditation validation testing, interoperability testing and system-of-system cross-functional software engineering testing, as required.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements/Certifications:
US Citizenship and a current Secret Clearance or having held one during the last two years.
(History of higher clearance a plus)Three (3) years minimum experience Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree.
Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline is required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
