Peraton Labs seeking a Candidate to provide Modeling and Simulation development and evaluation support.
Key
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and mature existing M packages Software development in C/C++Understanding of physics phenomena including spectral propagation, detection techniques, image and signal processingImplementation of models of above-described phenomena Documentation of plans and designBe able to clearly communicate with team members Participate in team meetings/discussions
Qualifications:
Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent Technical BS Degree Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.
Required:
Knowledge of C/C++/C#, Matlab/Simulink or other simulation and evaluation techniquesTechnical writing and presentingBe able to work in a research type environment 5
years of experience developing and working with modeling and simulationCandidate must have a Top Secret clearance and be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearancePreferred
Qualifications:
Perform fully digital M testing for EO/IR ASE technologies based on an understanding of physics/electronics models (such as flight profiles, EM signature, laser propagation, System Under Test electronics, etc).
Be able to assess which existing models are sufficient, develop models that are in need of improvement or generation, integrate all of those models into an existing software architecture written on C / C+
/ or Matlab
Simulink, and be able to perform batch runs with that software architecture and organize data products from it that align to our testing goals.

Colorado Salary Minimum:
$71,531.
20 Colorado Salary Maximum:
$152,921.
60 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
